hi there,
I am currently training and my scissors have broken. What are the best scissors to buy for someone starting out? as i would like to make them last as long as i can
sazza x

A Joewell fan here. But I know there are better and more expensive but they serve me well. Anything cheaper than Joewells never worked for me.

thanx for that i'll look into them, but seeing i am still working on training heads would worry about blunting them

Joewell are excellent and definately my favourites!
But Jaguar also do a decent 'cheaper' range.

Love the joewell lovely light scissor

I'm a jaguar satin plus fan, they are also great for slicing into the hair!x

I'm thinking of treating myself to a new pair of joewells, any recommend a website to buy them from?
Thanks x

I've always had Yasaka's since I started. My first pair were a 4.5" blade, they were great and are still just as good 10 years on! I now have 6.5" yasaka's and they are amazing.

thank you all for your replies looks like i have a lot to think about here.
