How are people nominated or win these awards I often see a few random choices, and wondered how this is done and how I can put myself forward in future.

I think you can nominate yourself, then the rest is down to votes. Not 100% sure though!

It's INAA.com who run it. I'd imagine the next round of nominations won't be open for another number of months yet!
