Does anyone have a template of a self employed contract that I could have a look at please. I need to write one out for my staff.

I have happily shared my employed contracts but am struggling to find a self employed contract. I don't want to copy just look at for guidance

I can't remember where I got mine but I will take pictures and post on here. I think I just googled salon rent template then I changed it from rent to split commission hth
