An established hair salon we are looking at offering beauty therapy ourselves - we have just parted ways with a room renting therapist, amicably. We know there is a demand from our customers but not sure if we should use the same self employed model we have for our stylists - daily rental with a % split and we provide all products and equip the room/nail area in the salon or go back to the straightforward room rental and miss out on a big part of what we know is a lucrative income. We have considered employment and know that this would pay it's way but as not experienced in the treatments ourselves lack a bit of confidence there. Any views?
