Hi guys so I own my own salon and very girl that works in my shop is self employed now one of my girls broke my nail chair the other day not once she said I will pay half or anything like that so u think they should or I should pay as it’s my salon ?

Chairs don’t normally just break so what happened?
Assuming it was accidental, you need to claim from your insurance.
If she’s renting the chair from you, it’s your responsibility to supply a chair.

I think you pay if its your salon as although its really annoying it's not her problem if you own the chair not her. not saying I wouldn't be angry I just think its difficult situation and even if she feels bad she isn't going to want to pay for something she has no right over. also if its possible to break a chair is it fit for purpose... maybe seek a replacement things shouldn't break that easy
