Semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing

I live in Tyne and Wear, I'm looking to get my eyebrows tattooed due to being very silly and over plucking when I was younger. Can anyone recommend a good place in my area?

No, but I did mine two weeks ago and it was one of the best things have ever done! Find a nouveau trained person if you can!
