Hi there just being reading the thread below regarding getting new clients and this seven point thingy has been mentioned and i've no idea what this is and i would really like to kniw any one any ideas???:rolleyes: xxxx

If it's the same 7 point theory that I know about it means that on average it takes 7 points of contacts with a potential customer before a deal is struck. So, they need to see your ads/flyers/business cards etc 7 times before they make a booking. This means that you have to get your name and services well and truly out there if you want to maximise your chances of getting new custom.
