Shampoo For Red Hair

Hi,

Im not a hairdresser, I have come over from the beauty side!

I have my hair coloured red every 5-6 weeks, think its a colour touch semi red, anyhow, I am using John Frieda shampoo for red hair but was just wondering if there is a better one or is this ok?

I know reds fade quickly but I want to try and keep it red for as long as possible!
