Shellac American flag blue?

Hi all
I have a client who wants a blue colour shellac, the same as the American flag (as she is going to New York). Any ideas on what I can use to get this colour?

Waterpark would work well, if you can pop a tiny bit of blue additive over it will pop more x

I think water park would be too light. try midnight swim with the blue additive to make it a little less of a black-blue
