Shellac base coat help

I’m really new to nails , trained with sweet squared .. shellac gel

I have my first paying customer tomorrow and I just went to practise on my mum & my cnd shellac base coat brush is solid /hard/ stiff
Anyway possible I can resolve this by tomorrow?

It should loosen up press it on a wipe or something!
