Had anyone got swatches of these two colours to compare please? I've tried googling but all the photos are taken in differing lights so it's hard to compare.

I want a deep plum colour, more aubergine rather than red so was thinking of Dark Dahlia? Any other suggestions? Thanks

Deep plum would be Rock Royalty. Dark Dahlia is an deep Aubergine its almost black and Dark Lava is a burgundy wine colour. Here are some pics top one is Dark Dahlia, then Dark Lava

From left to right - rock royalty, dark dahlia and dark lava.

Great thanks all. I think dark dahlia is along the right lines but slightly too dark, is there a slightly lighter alternative?

My Vinylux dark lava has a shimmer. How about Fedora? I don't have in Shrllac, only Vinylux and I know sometimes they are slightly different.

Thank you, I actually have Fedora but I find it more brown in colour x

I have a lady who loved dark lava and decided to have a change and try fedora after looking at the cnd colour chart. However once on she felt it was too dark and felt it was almost black

I feel the same about fedora, it's really dark....
