Shellac discolouration to tips

I've had my finger nails & toe nails done with shellac but for some reason my finger nail tips have discoloured an orangey/yellow (I have a clear varnish on them) and my toes have a nude colour on them & its as if the free edge has been done with a darker version of what I have on them... I haven't used or done anything different with them to any normal person. My sister does shellac so she done them for me & no one else has complained to her so she's as baffled as me... Any ideas why this has happened?

I am confused...Has the Shellac colour faded, or has the Shellac been removed and your natural nails are now discoloured ?
