Shellac on acrylics

Hy geeks

I'm a natural nail tech so not trained in acrylics I have been asked to shellac on pre existing acrylics how would I go about this? Would I remove shine then apply as usual minus the base? Any help appreciated thanks xx

Yes if there is a shine or a gel top coat just buff off but use a soft buffer so the surface isn't bumpy but smooth. Scrubfresh and then shellac!
