Shellac peeling off the same 3 nails?

I have a client who has been having Shellac with me for almost two years with no problems.
But after her last three appointments she has contacted me after about 4 days saying the same three nails are just peeling off in one sheet???!
Im at a loss as to what to tell her. Its obviously not prep or application as all the others are ok.
She says shes not doing anything different.
My bulbs are fine.
Cant think what else it could be?
Any suggestions anyone?

Mmmmmm, the classic case of "I'm not doing anything different" says the client:biggrin:

Of course she is!!!! and until she wants to own up this problem could keep happening.

If you know nothing has changed on your side, you know your bulbs are fine and every other possible issue is ok, then you need to stick to your guns and just gently keep telling her it must be something on her side.

Gently go through the list of possibilities each time you see her/talk to her and make sure you step outside of your box in your thinking of what it could be and eventually you will find the answer.
