Shellac suddenly lifting

Hi everyone
I'm with a client and we have a dilemma as in her shellac from has last time has come off in one go. She has started using new hand cream and its all we can think of.
I've attached a pic of the ingredients,
Has anyone had any problems with anything listed?

Perhaps if she stops using it and has 0 problems, then you'll know??

I'm trying to find the thread on here about certain ingredients to avoid while having acrylics, gel polish, Shellac etc.

For the life of me I cant find it but from vague memory I think mineral oil may have been one of the culprits.

But most of the time its a process of elimination, just tell her to stop using it and see what happens
