Sienna order...pending???

Hi Geeks I am going to call them but just wanted to know if any of you are having trouble getting hold of the 12%? My order has been pending since Friday. I know it's only Tuesday but It's usually here the next day. I need it for thursday so not too fussed until then.

I know they have problems with items being out of stock but just wondered if this applies to solution too, so I can get something else'! xxx

Maybe this is a good reminder to you guy's....for all us suppliers...ITS BUSY SEASON....there will be delays as the market has gone completely mad so give yourselves that bit extra time when ordering from anyone right now :hug:

I got my last order from Scotland! came next day, cheaper on the P&P and they had the 12% and some retail stuff that I couldn't get down here!

I will be using them for my next order without a doubt :green: (providing they are doing the free towel and flyers that is lol)

ok, the number is 0131 333 3180 they are the official Sienna distributor from Scotland, or you can PM 'The Blether' on here (Heather) I had a bit of trouble getting through last time, probably rushed off their feet but I was VERY impressed with the service! :green:

Its the crazy season :hug:

Its a bit odd though that Sienna x HQ don't have any 12% solution in apparently as I spoke with Lynn at their HQ (yes we do talk :hug earlier today and happened to mention this posting which rather confused her as she said they had plenty of stocks of 12% available????

Maybe worth calling them again :hug:

It was probably a couple of weeks ago that I tried to order my 12% and they called me back to say they didnt have any but could supply the 12.5% which I already have a full unopened bottle of (if anyone wants to swap for a 12% or 10% let me know!) Thats when Scotland contacted me to say they had it in stock if I wanted it along with some retail items.

Maybe its a problem with their website if it's showing as pending but they have loads?

Hi Collin, I was only wondering as I know they are sold out of the retail items as they are changing the packaging, so just wondered if the solution was out of stock too. Nothing is showing as out of stock on the site, which would make our lives easier.
I'll give them a buzz :hug: xxx
