iv been using sienna x for spray tanning but am having a wee problem, when its spraying on it doesnt look wet (well not dry but not really wet ) but then after a minute it starts running, iv adjusted the gun and tried on kitchen roll n the same happens? any suggestions? xx

you need to turn it right down and dont spray too close or too slow..

have you got a sienna x mini gun as it might be that .:green:

I use the large Sienna X spray gun which gives lovely coverage and turn it only about 1/2 way up - this way not too much comes out, then if u need 2, just go back over again - perhaps yr too close - Good Luck

I have the truespray and turn it up 1/2 way, spray, then if it's not enough I turn it up another 1/4 - 1/2 (no more than a full turn.) Depending on the % I use. I like to see the colour on the couch roll, but so that it's not leaking through.

Spraying any fluid whether it be paint, fence preservative or tanning fluid, requires a little bit of attention prior to approaching the relevant surface. Compressor pressures have to be consistent, the equipment (i.e. gun, jet & needle) have to be immaculately clean and always have something like a sheet of paper to test the flow & spread of the fluid.

Start with the gun flow shut off & then gently open it up until you get the desired spray level. Then take your time. Keep stepping back from the client to examine the coverage and concentrate on the work at hand. Create a masterpiece each time.

The best results on any surface are developed using care & patience and that includes your clients skin. :Grope:
