SiennaX tanning solution dripping from hose attached to spray gun

Hello again,
Everything's been going great until the other month when I noticed tanning solution dripping from the join between the spray gun and black hose!
Replaced the gun. Replaced the hose. (No issues with SiennaX after sales service).
Leaks still occur!
Never had this issue in first twenty odd months of spray tanning clients, so perplexed why it's happening now.
Any suggestion would be appreciated

Hi there it could be the round seal that is where the solution cup is screwed in to. I think they are a £1 from sienna. I find when this happens to me I change it and it stops happening
