Hi everyone,

I have a friend who wants to stop biting her nails. She's tried all those bitter tasting liquids, but they haven't helped her. She doesn't want acrylic extensions, but I was thinking of suggesting silk wraps.

I love silk wraps myself and I'm happy to apply them to her. I wondered if anyone else had had any success with silk wraps and nail biters or if anyone has any advice?

Many thanks,

Kx

Hi ya hun,
Yes you can wrap the nail or Fibreglass/Silk sculpt..............

What i would do is.............
Do the cuticle work, nailbiters usualy have the worst sort................

prep as usual.............. apply resin....... first layer fibreglass, just let it go over the edge a bit, resin..............second layer silk again just over the edge....... resin 2x............
Shape , finish and thats it................

Solar oil as a retail to keep the cuticles nice................
I have a work sheet for that if you want, just pm me with your email addy and i will send it via pc

I can't wait to tell her I can do silk wraps on her nails - she'll be sooooo pleased.

Gonna PM you now, Ruth!
