Silver hair toner

Hi my client wants to get a silver colour like the photo....her hair is an even pale yellow which was achieved with bleach. I have used 8/81 colour touch and it didn't really take only on the ends any suggestions on what to use?

I just did this to my clients hair this evening. She had bleached herself to a light yellow and i literally toned it with Goldwell Colourance 8SB. The result was amazing and since she cinstantly changes her hair colour at home (then expects me to fix it when it goes wrong) it wont be a total nightmare for her to "slap a box dye over it" some clients never learn and i end up like an A&E service for hair lol x
