Hi geeks I'm not a skin care specialist so I'm hoping someone can help.

I currently use clarins cleanser, toner and moisturiser for combination skin. I have some horrible dry patches but can get oily quite quickly.

Recently my eyebrows and forehead have become very flaky, itchy and dry. Can you recommend a product or range that would benefit me? Even if it's just a mask that I can use a couple of times a week along side my current skin care.

Any help would be much appreciated as I'm feeling very uncomfortable :(

Please remember that as a forum for professional we do not recommend OTC (over the counter) products.

I would recommend you get to a salon that specialises in skincare. Try and look for one that offers a refund if you're not happy - not many do!

Diagnosing skin problems is never easy but if you are using otc products you're never going to get the kind of support you can get from a salon.

We use environ and we offer free consultations, money back guarantees and free in depth consultations with our rep using the visia machine so you really can see what's wrong and also when it's improved.

I would also add that sometimes what appears as dry skin can often be oily skin that's not shedding, leaving flakes that look dry and can itch so make sure whoever you see knows what they are taking about. I don't think adding a mask to your routine will hack it. It sounds like your skincare is no longer hitting the spot.

It could also be dehydration if your skin is oily as well, dehydrated skin can fell tight and be flaky as well as oily.

Do you work in an office or hairdressers, anywhere where there is dry heat as in central heating or hot air can zap the water out of your skin and skin will then become tight and flaky, as well as oily to make up for loss of hydration!

I would go see a professional as we know best, I don't use environ but jam Marini but would recommend both!

Also forgot to add, if you travelling slot hot air blaring from the car doesn't help either, perhaps an intense hydrating serum will help xx

Thankyou everyone. I am a mobile therapist but also work in an office. We've always got the heating on and when I'm travelling I've got the hot air blasting as I'm always cold! I'll do some research to find a good local salon and see what they can do for me.
My skin is oily as well so sounds about right!!

I am a professional and my OTC products are no longer cutting it hence my post. I'm looking for a professional range to help me.

Don't worry I was referring to a previous response which was recommending OTC products, which I deleted, not you.
