Skin impigment & spray tans

Hi, just looking for a bit of advice, I have someone contact me about a spray tan but they have a skin pigment & wants to know if it would cover it, I haven't come across this as yet. Any advice please?

My advice would be no it will not cover, it normally makes it stand out more x
