Have you been to see a skin care therapist or have you just been trying at home remedies.
Biggest tip is: don't pick ..
Also try making sure you change your pillow slips regularly like ever 3 days if you have acne. Make up brushes or beauty blenders must be washed daily, if you have acne esp beauty blenders.
Just basic info which most people forget.
Diet is very important, drinking enough water, limit sugar intake. That sort of thing.
I had a week end away on a cruise we drank too many cocktails my skin was shocking for a week or so free that. Too much sugar is not good either.

Also make sure you not using a granular exfoliator , this spreads the bacteria.
Your soaps face wash what do they contain? Certain ingredients actually cause break outs.
Check your foundation ingredients aswell.

Environ have amazing starter packs for acne prone skins and also oral supplement range for skin hair nails and they work well as a combo. Not sure ok uk proves but they quite reasonable in my country.
