Skincare and make up books

Hi all

Just wondered which are the best books to get for skin care and make up.

I'm hoping to enroll on a course in Sept, if the college end up doing running the course, but would like to do some reading up first. There are so many books on the subject that I thought it would be best to ask you guys before jumping in and buying anything!!

Making Faces by Kevyn Aucoin is a very good book, as is The Art and Science of Professional Makeup by Stan Campbell Place. It took weeks to get this one though, so order it from Amazon early!

unavailable at the mo - keep an eye out for it on Amazon and eBay though, it's well worth it!

I'd also highly recommend Making Faces. I've had my copy for years and years (it's falling apart now...) and it's still my fave.
