Hi

I'm fairly new to nails, but could you tell me what nasty pongy smell is when you file clients nails. It's not always everyones fingernails...its worse on toes you file them and whoosh stinky. lol

I have to wear gloves now or i smell it on my hands all night...Does anyone know what I mean?

:green:

Hi hun i always use gloves anyway with feet as your better safe than sorry... The smell you describe is probably dead skin under the toe nails that have built up over time whilst doing a pedicure i always clean under the nail to take out the build up.

Hope this helps xx

Try using some foot cleansing spray most ranges of pedicure products do this and it will cover the smell while you work on it. i also clean out the nails same as "satinbaby" - not the best part of a pedicure but certainly helps for returning clients.
