hi there guys i am a newbie, i did a gel course with millenium nails but wasnt happy with the white gel not being bright enough. so i decided to purchase snow white quattro by star nails but its very runny and thin even after giving it a good shake, is it supposed to be like this and could anyone give me any tips on using it. i bought it to do hollywood toes because i wanted a white that would stand out can anyone help please........
