Soak off L&P steps

Hi Im doing the CND foundation course have put a set of L&P extension on myself, have soaked them off (well one hand the other I pulled off, yes there was more damage on the nails that I did soak off, the free edge was very broken)

Could anyone give me the steps of soak off? DO you cut the tips down before the aetone soak? Once the L&P softens do you use a file or a lint free pad to wipe? Do you preform mini manicure after?

Thanks they were just a few questions I had last night - curious if I did it right.

you may get a few different answers, but if you are doing an accredited CND foundation course, your teacher would be the best source of information, so other stuff will not conflict with your training

I agree with Carl, wait until your course and ask the educator that is what she is there for,
you will have to pass an exam at the end of your course and you do not want your brain to be full of info that is not relevant to the course that you are taking hth
