Hey,

I am about to go on a few intensive courses over the next month or two which will enable me to go mobile along with a nail tech friend (who has a L2 in beauty therapy) Im going to train in the things she hasnt done such as eyelash extensions, spray tanning. Im wanting to find a few treatments that are a little different or brand new, and not having worked in beauty before need a little help in thinkin of ideas...? Just something a little different if you know what i mean lol???

Hi motivated Kimberley.
Perhaps if you outline what you and your partner are aiming to do, what sort of market are you looking at we can suggest more.

If your partner is L2 trained then I am assuming she is facials, waxing, tinting, hair removal, mani and pedi and make-up.

For you to then add eyelash extentions and spray tanning sounds like you've got most courses sorted.

Have you got a range/company product that you are going to be using? Sometimes they have add on treatments, eg a lot of facial companies also offer body treatments too.

What I think would go down well is an all over exfoliation service so that someone could have that done prior to spray tanning.
What about massage? Or glitter tattos?

Oooh glitter tattos sound cool, do you much about them? Thanks x

I do airbrush tattoos and you can add glitter over the top.
They are pretty easy to do. You need a compressor, air guns, stencils and inks and some glitter.
You could maybe do some holistic therapies such as hopi ear candling or indian head massage. Hot stone massage or maybe even hair extensions. You don't need to be a qualified hairdresser to do hair extensions.
