Split ends - how have I caused them?

Just wanted to update this thread as its nearly 2 months since my last haircut

I've been a very good girl and used my Nicky Clarke heat protection spray every time

No split ends - yaaaay

I know I'm super late with this... But are you using a paddle brush on wet hair?

Comb wet hair and brush dry hair.

Ideally a wide tooth comb. Or a tangle teezer.
