Spray Tan Machine Popping Out!

We have the T200 Tantrick spray machine at work, and recently the back of the gun where it joins to the tube/wire keeps popping out during a treatment! Has anyone else had this problem? It slots back in quite easily but almost too easily...
Please help!

Hi Nikki,

is this where the flexible hose from the machine attaches to the back of the gun by pulling back the connector??

It shouldn't be popping out...when you click it into its socket can you pull it off...has it always been this way or just recently?

Have you got the right end of the long tube in one end is more rigid and should be in the machine end i have it marked with nail varnish.

It seems to be very easy to pull out which doesn't seem right. To be honest I'm not sure whether it has always been like that or if it is recent.
It popped out once before but only the cable...now the whole thing is popping out of the gun completely. And constantly!
Its fairly new, we've only had it a few months...

Hi Nikki...if your a Tantrick customer and purchased this machine from us only recently give us a call and im sure its a simple case of sending you down a new hose and job done :hug:
