Spray tan peeling?!

Hi

I spray tanned a regular client yesterday and have just had a message from her saying its peeling from her chest and tummy. (not from sunburn or dry skin). She said she hasn't done anything different from previous tans she has had from me, i didn't do anything different either. any suggestions on what i could do?

Has she definately washed the colour guide off properly? My daughter looked awful on her chest, turned out she hadnt washed it off properly and it looked like she was peeling!

I went back yesterday to have a look, it wasn't too bad but she did admit to not exfoliating properly, she's also been stressed out quite a lot recently so this has probably affected her skin condition.

It was quite annoying as this tan was a freebie for her as i'm her sponsor in a local modelling competition! its the first tan i've done that's gone wrong too! :irked:
