Evening geeks!
I am in need of a bit of help!
I have been tanning for many years and have never really had a problem with overly cold spray tan solution (i store all my solution bottles in a cool dark place) although, over the last couple of weeks I have noticed a change in temperature of the solutions....It is very very cold! Now, when spraying myself (or being sprayed be hubby) I just grin and bear it even though it feels freezing!
I have noticed that my clients are standing with goose-bumps, some shivering, and some with a look of 'can't wait for this to be over'!
I would not want this to affect clients re-booking (mainly with first timers as I wouldn't want them to think its always so cold!)
I appreciate the colder weather is coming and this is more than likely to be the factor....why its cold isn't really my concern....
My question is this -
Is there a way of warming the solution with out it affecting its effectiveness??
This may seem like a crazy notion but...I was thinking....Would it ruin the solution if I warmed the solution right before spraying the client (I'm not talking about heating a litre bottle!) Could I pour the solution needed into a smaller container and warm it up and then spray immediately??
I am sure this will cause a little wastage of solution but if it means keeping my clients happy then I am happy to do this in the winter months!
I make sure the room is nice and warm and have even bought 2 extra heaters but it doesn't change the fact that my poor clients are shivering!!!
Any advice would REALLY help me out!
ps - sorry its so long xx
