I give my employees targets, but I don't pressure them about it. If they want to earn better money they just have to work harder like I do! I offer this: if an individual employee takes 3 x their gross weekly wage in a week, then they recieve a 15% bonus. If they do 4 x their gross weekly wage they get a generous 50% bonus.
I think that this is a good and fair incentive. When it comes to one to one reviews, I do these about every 5 - 6 months, if they raise the question of pay increases....it is all in their hands to earn more.
