Start up colours and brand

Hi guys i am want to start getring my colours and peroxides ready and stockpiled my question is what do i ACTUALLY need i was thinking all i need is 1-10 base colours and then 0.3s ect instead of the 8.11s premixes does that make sense i was thinking of using wella i am still training level 2 atm however, i do want to stockpile im unsure of wellas toners aswell any help please
