Hi everyone,

I am new to this and have read some of the guidance u guys have already given on training and have found it really usefull so far. I am interested in nail extensions predominatly to do on myself but in the future on others if i become good enough and qualified. I want to do training as i dont see any point in buying a kit but having no idea how to use it properly especially after reading you advice, i have checked alot of companies and like the look of the Edge products but the dont seem to have a training centre in London. I am hopefully going to the beauty show at Olympia with the hope i might be able to get some good advice on the day as to where and who to train with as the courses are expensive and i dont want to get it wrong. But in the mean time does anyone know of a good training centre in London or a local college i could go to.
Sorry for the lenghty message.
Cheers for any help. :):)

hi- welcome to the site.

If you click on "search" in the right corner and put in training - you will get a wealth of advice and it should keep you busy for a while!:)

Happy reading and good luck!

hiiiiii welcome to the site!!

most of the well known brands have regional educators.
georgie smedley in london for ezflow
ketan patel [i believe] for creative
there are a couple of trainers in that area for lechat gels[i think one could even come to you]
and isnt supernail in london too.

try going to the navigation bar and selecting links, you should find an educator section there and that might give you somewhere to start.

Hello! Welcome to the site :)

Cheers to everyone for being so friendly and replying, couldnt imagine attempting to pick a route for training without the advice on this sight. I am waiting to hear back about the free NVQ training in nail services and i like the look of the Lechat products so think i might start with the formal qualification and then go on to train in Lechat gel is this the best way or should i go straight for the company training?
does anyone know if Lechat do training anywhere in central london as they only seem to advertise that essex is the closest place. x:Grope:

i'm a regional trainer for lechat , but i'm not entirely sure where in london the nearest educator would be for you. if you go to LeChat UK - Nail Care Products there is a contact form that you can submit for your enquiry or telephone the head office on 01603 433833 and ask where your nearest educator is. also you can come and see the products being demonstrated in london next month at the olympia exhibition. you can see some of the things i've done with lechat products on my blogspot and on my website if you like.
