Do we have to register to store peoples information?

I was looking on business link website and I think we do, just wanted to check first?

Depends what you are storing and why - we've managed to skip around registering quite legally but it depends what you are storing and why. For example names and numbers - no need to register as long as you can prove it is secure (password on a machine is enough), you're not using it to sell on or send anything out (per-say) and that you don't keep it for longer than you need it.

well is store, name, number, address, medical conditions etc every thing on the intial client card.

I will phone business link and see what they say? what is every one else doing? or do you all rather not say?

I didnt get much luck from business link and now waiting for some one to phone me back why wont any one here reply??? im guessing all of you take your clients details down? have you registered or not lol puzzling? maybe im talking to myself :?::?::?::?::?:
