Streaky IBD nails

Hello , I bought the ibd just Gel
Polish set a couple of years ago and can’t seem to get on with them . I wanted to go on their training but it’s too far and the other option is to get a rep over . I trained In gel polish at college . I have been applying 3 coats of colour ( as seen on here ) but can’t get a smooth application . The actual colour is coming out Liney. I haven't used IBD however, if this is 3 coats then yes it looks very streaky.
My first thoughts are:

• Is the product old?
• Does the gel need a really good mix with an orange stick to get the pigment even throughout?

I would say give it a stir for at least 30 secs with an orange wood stick or stir stick.. that should help

It should be on the bottle hun.. It's a little open container with numbers in it

Looks like it needs a good mix. IBD can have the pigments settle to the bottom if they sit too long with no use. A good stir with an orange stick might help
