Stringy cream wax

Everytime i use my cream wax it gets stringy on application, the temperature is OK and it is new wax, can anyone enlighten me on this problem?

Sounds like it might be too cool. Disregard the instructions and turn the wax up as high as possible but so that it doesn't burn your client. Let us know if that helps. xxx
