Hello I'm just wondering is anyone else on here has dealt with suntana and how they found them?

I have just done my training which was brilliant but when I got my kit the zip was broken on the tent bag and the bag was also burst. I emailed to say bout ths problem and asked if another could be sent out. After 2 days of hearing nothing I called them and he guy I spoke to did'nt take my name or anything he just said another would be sent out. This still has'nt happened and I still have not heard anything about it. I had to phone a couple of times before my training and the guy on the phone is always very vague and too be honest quite un helpful. Does anyone have any ides on what I should do?? xxx
 
Hi I know what you mean he is not that friendliest on the phone, I did not receive any receipt with my kit and When I phoned to ask for one he was like oh give me your e mail and i will send you one. my kit was fine but after a couple of tans my zip broke in the tent bag. if I was you I would phone him again and say how can you send me a new one with out my details!!!

I know what you mean cassi, I also have not had my reciept for my kit and still waiting on that. How long did it take for your certificate to come out. when he answers the phone he just say's hello, not hello suntana. It's weird... x

In fairness to the guy he sorted it out straight away for me , I didnt train with them so I dont know about certificate{ for training is that what you mean} I trained with fake bake and they were given out on the day crapy looking ones with your name wrote in big black marker my 6 yr old has better handwriting than the trainer had. :eek:

Haha not so good. I'm just going to phone again tomorrow and see what he says, I'll just ask about my certificate while ill on the phone. Hopefully get it sorted x
 
I have always found them to be really helpful.
On the tent bag front, my zip has also broken, but I dont see the point of getting another one as it will only do the same-the bag does not give any leeway for the tent inside (its too taut for the tent).
I simply went and got some cheap fabric and two long zips and my sister is going to make a bag for me.

Thank you foy replying, maybe I just caught on a bad day or something... It was more the fact that the bag came already broken and bust before I had ever used it. I'm no use at sewing at all or I would do as you are and make my own as this seems like a good idea xx
 
Dave is a good guy and has his customers best intrests in mind..maybe it was the wrong time of the month for him :wink2:
Call him again and tell him to stop being a tart and get you sorted out...im sure he will :hug:

We have spare tantent bags now; they arrived yesterday so I’m sure yours is being sorted out. However, in order to avoid any uncertainty, I would recommend that you send an email to [email protected] to ensure we have your correct details

We have identified that the zipper can be troublesome so in an effort to combat this we will be introducing a new Velcro fastener on the next batch. As Collin quite rightly states above, we do hold our customers in high regard (Thanks Collin). So, if you have any further issues, feel free to contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve them.
