Tan won't take on patch on leg!

Hi everyone.

I've been spray tanning for years and my bride has just informed me that when we did her trial tan a patch on her calf didn't take and stayed white!

Apparently this happens every time she has a tan.

What on earth?! I've never had this before and don't know what I can do, if anything?!

No she doesn't. Her skin looks and feels the same all over. It's so strange!

This used to happen on the side of my leg years ago, for no reason at all. Doesn't happen now.
Sorry I can't help. I used to exfoliate and moisturise extra on that bit and never made a difference. I used to have to use that wash off tan to patch it x

Two things to think about:

1. Does she cross her legs in such a way that she might be rubbing it off?
2. Have you tried using a prep spray before you tan her?

It does seem odd and I would bet she's rubbing it off without realising.
