Last year in September 2015 I completed my nail course and in October I started to buy all my products for my business to build up on I am no longer insured yet as am still building up on my products I also work for another job I was wondering i do I claim all my money back from paying for courses and products

As long as you keep all your receipts for everything you can do a tax return at year end where you submit them all and then you get money back depending on how much you have made, have a look on HMRC website maybe, im still learning myself

You don't claim money back as such, what happens is your expenses are offset against your income. You only claim tax back if you are VAT registered.

Also if you have not yet registered as self employed with HMRC I'm not sure how you would allow for the expenses when legally you don't have a business yet. I would call HMRC for advice.
