teenager doing leaflet drop

have hired my neighbour's daughter and a friend to do a leaflet drop for me. they've done 1 estate which took them an hour, and are going to do another estate in a different village later on today which will probably take them an hour to do.

but, how much should I pay them? don't want to be a skinflint, as may want them to do it again for me.

think they'll be back soon, how much should I give them?

I think what amounts to about £7.50 per hour tax free is more than adequate, tbh, and they should be happy with it.
