Hi guys, i know there has been an awful lot of talk on here recently about poppits , and probably what issues i have recently had have already been covered in anouther topic.:green:
They are amazin but there is a butt, which i hope through this thread i can remedy. Up to press i have completed five sets one of which i did on myself.
My third set is in my album took 35 min , went on like a dream and looked fantastic.
I have done two sets today and have come across a few problems, which have only just shown them selves in my work.
Firstly do these poppits come in larger sizes, as i am finding that some nails are just ment to be done with poppits and then there is ladies with larger nail plates that are just a night mare.
Obviously using any new product there are teething and learning curves, but this one is throwing me. Some of the poppits just do not fit correctly on every persons nails. The largest one did not cover my ladies thumb properly leaving a ridge line, So i had to buff down and re - aply acrylic by hand. Also even when correctly sized some times you get a line that runs around the nail bed and plate that is slightly raised in comparrison to the rest of the finish, it looks like a mould line were the poppit sits.
So my question is, is there away around this, or is it that some nail types just do not suit this system, or is there bigger poppits for this type of nail. Sorry for all the questions, but u only learn by asking and hopefully some one can help me out who has already got round these issues.
