The best red lipstick?

I must have tried most lipsticks out there, but I am still searching for 'that' perfect red lipstick. I would prefer a matte effect but will give most things a try as long as long as it's not super glossy and shiny.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried MAC ones? 'MAC Red' & 'Ruby Woo' are their firm favourites

Have to also give a vote to Mac Ruby Woo. Matte, applies easily, doesn't rub off on teeth, and actually comes off when you remove it!

Thanks for the replies ladies. I have quite a bit of MAC make up, but my local MAC counter closed down, the nearest is an hour away and I've always been skeptical of buying make up over the internet, just because the colours are normally so far off what you thought they were!

Limecrime Red Velvet Velvetine. Awesomest matte red ever and it stays put! Wicked is lovely too, but it's a deeper, more berry shade of red.
