The Edge UV top coat?

At the moment I am only trained with The Edge and have been using their UV top coat which has been acting up and im not sure if its my doing or if its faulty.

Basically when i was in training i use to remove the sticky layer of gel and apply the uv top coat and cure for 2mins. But after i cured it i would notice little bumps would form - this would only happen on a few nails - Then about 2days after the UV top coat had been applied, little hair line cracks would start to appear.

Anyways i stopped using it for a while and started again about 2weeks ago, I have now started to clean the nail more thoroughly after removing the sticky residue and before applying the UV top coat, I have now noticed that if i do that these little bumps do not appear.

As for the little hair line cracks I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I have tested it on me, and two other people and its always happening its not just a one off.

Any ideas or suggestions?

the sticky residue has to be well removed, whatever the system.
even more if you use a top geal/sealer that has no sticky residue itself.

unless bumps...

for the little cracks, I can't help as I don't use this gel. but these Edge products don't seem to make the cut here.

you don't use your Edge UV top coat on a bio set, do you?

No i don't

I use it with the edge gel
