The elusive 'Nails & Scratch' Magazines

Erm, where can I get these from?
Both mags get quite a few mentions on this site and I can't find either anywhere! Tried ordering them in WHS and newsagents and everything!
Ebay has a couple of scraggy issues of Nails on offer - can anyone help before I bid $1,000,000 to secure a copy.
