Throw away Calvacide each time?

Hi there,

I was just wondering if anyone throws away their disenfectant after each use in their sanitazing tray. I only have a few ladies at the moment, I scrub my tools with antibacterial liquid, rinse them, put them in the tray for the alloted time, then rinse again and keep them in a clean container ready for use. I always throw the liquid away after one week. Calvacide is the backscratchers liquid, its the only one I have found in Dubai, and I understand that alcohol etc just isn't good enough.

My ladies all have their own files, which I clean with antibacterial liquid, spray them with the calvacide then rinse them and keep in their own boxes.

If anyone could give me any tips that would be great, I just want to make sure I am doing the best for my customers.

Hi there,
I only ever use a surface steriliser, I spray my files and instruments between each client, but I do not use nippers etc, though I know lots of salons dispose of the barbicide at the end of each day, some only use barbicide once weekly. There have been threads on here on sterilisation so it would be worthwhile searching the forums for info on this.
