Time saving apps for running a business? Help!

I guess I'm not the only one who feels like their life is taken up by running a business (which I love) but there has got to be some ways to save my time and energy!! Is anyone using any apps that saves time for things? I've recently started using Buffer which is great for posting to all your social media from one place. Is anyone using anything like this they can recommend for other stuff. Book-keeping? Creating promotional posts? Anything!! Help me get my life back please there are so many apps around be nice to hear what others are using and recommend. thank you
