Tips for strenghthening natural nail

Hi all

Anyone got any top tips for strenghtheners for my own nails?

They are an absolute disgrace at the moment splitting etc.

I normally wear acrylic or silk extensions but doing other people nails mine get 'battered' (!) also doing nvq beauty course so i cant wear extensions due to health and safety.

It doesnt look good promoting your own nail business if yours look dreadful!

Any advice greatly appreciated !!

Give yourself a manicure twice a week and apply a nourishing oil like Solar Oil twice a day more if you can....and try using Toughen up by Creative ....do a search for Toughen up and you will see all its properties....hth
