xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I had my hair highlighted recently and it made it very dry, i was talking to my friend about it and she recomended that i tried coconut oil,so i tried it and it worked a treat, it put the mosture back in my hair and made it shiny and soft. HTH.x

Use the correct shampoo and conditioner for your hair type.

So many people don't ... and wonder why their hair is listless/dull/greasy etc....

Coconut Oil goes back centuries for being great for the hair... my grandfather used to bring it with him when he came back from sea...

a blend of coconut milk (or natural yoghurt) and avacado, mixed in a blender untill smooth and then cover the hair in it, leave for 10 min then wash off and shampoo and condition as usual, heir will look silky and shiney and be well nourished:)

Your hair could be dull for a number of reasons - think about what you do to your hair
Are you overusing styling products which are leaving a residue?
Is your hair coloured?
Heat styling - over using straighteners?
Have you recently been unwell or taking medication?
Do you eat healthly and drink enough water?

Good quality shampoo and conditioner for your hairtype, use a clarifying shampoo to remove residue from styling products and regularly use intensive treatments, use of thermal protectors when using heat styling products like hairdryers and straighteners.
I prefer to use professional salon formulas - I wouldnt use cheap products on my face of hands so wont on my hair. My prefered brands are MOP (Modern Organic Products) - the Glisten range is fab for adding shine and TIGI Bedhead.

Hair needs nourishing from the outside in.

None of the over the counter brands do this, you need to be using salon quality shampoo, conditioner and weekly treatment.

You need to use the correct styling products with thermal resistant,ie blowdry cream and serum prior to using any headted styling appliance.

I retail a brand wich can also be bought at the wholesalers.

I will be happy to answer further questions x

Ps.i know it sounds so boring, but the fact is we are what we eat ( and drink lol ) peeps don't realise how massively this affects the condition of their hair, hth x

you can buy a great product called tigi bed head shining spray it soooooooooo nice!

This is a great product for temporary external shine !

However it is better to optimise the internal condition of the hair.

I forgot to add, sleeping on a silk or satin pillow is great !

Goldwells Kerasilk will make your hair feel, well just like silk.

For extra shine and condition, use Clynol Hair Shine spray. Its ace. :)
